FiberConn.net is offering FREE SHIPPING on all qualifying shipments to the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that items that ship via Freight do not qualify for free shipping. The method of shipping used for FREE SHIPPING promotion may vary from shipment to shipment, so please be aware that if you require a specific way of shipping, or expedited shipping, it will need to be selected during the checkout process, since the default method on all qualifying items will be the FREE SHIPPING option. Other shipment methods are still available as needed, at their normal rates.
At FiberConn, fast and accurate order turnaround is one of our top priorities.
When you place an order with us, we are doing everything to get your products on their way as quickly as possible- via the safest, most reliable carriers in the industry.
Your item will ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS (the United States Postal Service) or, if the item requires lift gate service or other special handling, a specialized freight carrier.
Not all shipping options are available for all products. You will see the carriers, cost and speed of delivery available for your order during checkout.
If your preferred shipping method is not available at the time of shipment, we will send your order via the closest comparable option- at no additional cost to you.
Shipping costs are calculated in your shopping cart, based on the size and weight of your items, their destination, and which shipping method you choose.
Our shipping rates are quoted to you directly from real time UPS and USPS shipping calculators, and include a small handling fee.
FiberConn.net does not make a profit from shipping costs from our customers. We offer everything we can to keep them as low as possible.

How Fast Will My Order Ship?
In-stock items from our warehouse will be on their way within 24 to 48 hours.
If you place your order before 1:00pm ET and the requested items are in stock, they will generally leave our warehouse the same day.
We will ensure our vendors will ship out in stock drop-shipped items within 2 business days.
Are you on a tight deadline and need same day shipping? Please don’t hesitate to ask we will do our best to accommodate you and get it shipped out.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
We will send you a confirmation e-mail, complete with estimated delivery date and, if you selected a trackable shipping method, tracking information when your order ships.
Orders shipped UPS always include signature tracking; USPS First Class, Priority and Express Mail have delivery confirmation.
If your order is being shipped internationally, tracking beyond the United States is only available through UPS.
Will I Need to Sign for My Delivery?
We use Signature Tracking for orders sent via UPS. Someone will need to sign upon delivery.
Orders sent via USPS include delivery confirmation. They generally don’t require a signature.
We are able to ship most products around the world via both UPS and USPS.
When you place an international order, you are responsible for all applicable duty and taxes.
International order tracking is available only through UPS.
Hazardous Materials Shipping
Some of the products available at fiberconn.net are designated “ORM-D” (Other regulated materials for domestic transport only). A Due to federal regulations, ORM-D items can only be shipped ground, restricting delivery to the 48 contiguous United States.
Please contact us soon as possible in the unlikely event your shipment doesn’t arrive to you within 4 business days.
For orders shipped with a trackable shipping method we are happy to issue a replacement for same or equal value.
Packages issued without tracking numbers become untraceable after leaving our facility. We cannot guarantee delivery or assume responsibility for lost packages.
For your convenience and protection, we recommend choosing a trackable shipping method.
